As an executive coach and career management consultant with over 30 years experience, what stands out most to me is that many of us know very little about how and what we think! We take our thinking for granted.

People of all types have improved their thinking and their lives using these tools. Some have confronted the same challenges for years; others have uncovered issues when facing a life transition.
But all of these people share one attribute – they expanded their self-awareness and made positive life changes.
Many scholarly books about thinking have been written over the years. Certainly, some have influenced my thoughts and techniques. However, as you explore THIS book, you will NOT find famous experts’ theories.
This book is about YOUR thinking. You are the expert. Only you know the thoughts that live inside your head. My goal is to help you explore who you are and use what you learn to improve your life and enjoy it even more.
